Deleted Scenes is a monthly book-reading event organised by Paul Johnathan in London’s Soho.
It usually hosts 3-4 authors who read some of their work.
Some of the recent guest authors were Kirsty Allison (Psychomachia), Neil Bartlett (Ready To
Catch Him Should He Fall) and Adam Mars-Jones, whose book Box Hill was recently adapted into
the film Pillion.
My work with Deleted Scenes includes event photography and designing promotional assets such as posters and
trailers for social media.
In December Deleted Scenes hosted a reading party for Tolka Journal’s 10th issue
anniversary.
I had the pleasure of photographing both of those events.
This year The Nickel Independent Cinema in London hosts a movie run by Deleted Scenes called I Love You Jane Fonda. My role in the project was to design a movie poster that will reflect the current visual direction of Deleted Scenes and a trailer to promote the event on Instagram.
